Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment services such as Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group counseling and individual counseling sessions are accessed at Entrance 4 of the Yakima Center. Our doors are open at 7:30 a.m. and close 5:00 p.m.

Our Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDPs) have at least 15 years of experience working with both adults and children. Case managers are also available for IOP as needed. IOP includes three counseling groups a week for three hours each. We have a morning, afternoon, and evening group to accommodate different work schedules. We have two groups a week that are specifically for relapse prevention.

Most recently, Comprehensive Healthcare expanded their medications for opioid use disorders to include prescribing suboxone. Suboxone (buprenorphine with naloxone) is a medication used to help individuals with an opioid use disorder by blocking the addictive effects of opioid medications like oxycodone and hydrocodone and street drugs such as heroin and fentanyl. 

The process for enrolling into our SUD services begins with an assessment. If treatment is suggested, the next step is your intake appointment, where it will be determined which group is suitable to attend.
