Fast Pass
We do our best to see every walk-in the same day, but on busy days wait times can be longer. If the wait is too long for you, just let our front desk know — we’ll issue you a Fast Pass.
A Fast Pass reserves your place at the front of the line for your next visit. Simply return on another day during Same Day Access hours, present your Fast Pass at the front desk, and you’ll be seen as a priority.
No. Anyone can walk in for a Same Day Access assessment regardless of insurance status. Our team will work with you to identify coverage options and financial assistance programs during your visit.
If you have them available, it’s helpful to bring a photo ID, insurance card, and a list of any current medications. However, you should not delay coming in if you don’t have these — we can work with what you have.
Most assessments take between 45 minutes and one hour. Plan to spend up to two hours at the clinic on your first visit, which includes check-in, paperwork, and time with your clinician.
Your clinician will review the results with you and recommend a course of care tailored to your needs. This may include outpatient therapy, medication management, peer support, or other services. You’ll leave with a clear next step.
Yes. You may accompany a family member or bring a child in for a Same Day Access assessment. For youth, a parent or legal guardian will need to be present to provide consent for the assessment.
