Our Mission

To provide innovative, integrated healthcare, community education, and services to individuals, families, and organizations.

Our Values

We believe in passion for the work, compassion for the client, customer service, and collaborative problem solving.

We believe that passion for our work is essential for driving creativity and quality care, promoting resiliency, and, ultimately, contributing to the success of our company. Recognizing the correlation between passion and job satisfaction, we strive to create meaningful and fulfilling work experiences that inspire our employees to bring their best selves to work every day, resulting in our collective determination to exceed expectations and achieve shared goals.

We also recognize this work is taxing and difficult at times. It is passion for the work and compassion for the client that carries us through these challenging times. This dual commitment to the work and to the client fosters a deep connection with those we serve, leading to meaningful and impactful outcomes.

Valuing customer service is demonstrated by going above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer. A strong customer service approach is rooted in a service-oriented mindset and a “Say YES” attitude. It involves a proactive willingness to assist and find solutions, even when faced with challenges, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience. It means being honest and transparent in all interactions. Valuing customer service results in high-quality and safe service and leads to understanding our gaps and how to serve our clients best. Valuing customer service translates to co-worker interactions and recognizing that we are in the service of those we work alongside every day.

Collaborative problem-solving through teamwork is essential for harnessing diverse perspectives, pooling collective expertise, and achieving innovative solutions. It fosters effective communication, encourages knowledge sharing, and promotes a sense of ownership among team members, leading to more successful and sustainable outcomes. By promoting collaboration and collective decision-making, we create an inclusive work environment and shared responsibility for problem resolution.  This approach also builds trust, which is vital for solving complex problems together in the best interests of the agency and those we serve.

Our Purpose

Healthy mind, healthy body, vibrant community.

Land Acknowledgement

Recognizing and paying respect to Indigenous populations whose homelands Comprehensive Healthcare’s offices and programs now occupy.

Comprehensive Healthcare acknowledges that our offices and other facilities are located within the homelands of the 14 Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.  This land was ceded under treaties negotiated with the U.S. Government in 1855 in exchange for solemn promises of peace and sovereignty, and promises of self-government, preservation of culture, tradition, and identity.

Members of the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation have lived and thrived on this land since time immemorial.  They remain active and committed stewards of this land, cherishing and protecting it, as instructed by their elders from generation to generation.  We are honored and grateful to be on their traditional lands and give thanks to the legacy of the members of these Indigenous bands and tribes, their lives, and their descendants who make their home here today.

This acknowledgment only becomes meaningful when combined with accountable relationships and informed actions and is only a first step in honoring the land and its people. Comprehensive Healthcare shall remain committed to honor, reconcile, and partner with the Yakama Nation and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation to find ways to support the behavioral health and overall health needs of Native American communities through collaboration and the strengthening of relationships.
