Our 16-bed facility is licensed by both the Washington State Department of Health and by the Division of Behavioral Health & Recovery as a non-medical withdrawal management facility and a Residential Treatment Facility. Placements are used for detox, and mental health crisis stabilization.
The Crisis Triage Center won the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare’s Award of Excellence for Crisis Services in 1998.
Patients receive symptom monitoring, case management and referrals to outpatient or longer term treatment services when appropriate. These services are all provided by a dedicated mix of mental health and substance use treatment professionals. Our staff attends to immediate needs such as obtaining needed medication refills, urgent appointments and continuous crisis assessment.
Referrals may be made by telephone and/or in person by an individual, family member, law enforcement or medical or social service professional.
