The Comprehensive Healthcare services at our Pasco Center include outpatient mental health and psychiatric services for adults and children. We also provide services for those with a developmental disability, Multi-Systemic Therapy: Family Integrated Transitions (MST-FIT), substance use disorder services, and Health Homes care coordinators for those with chronic health and mental health issues.
Our Health Homes program in Pasco helps our clients create their personal health action plan to improve self-management of chronic and complex medical needs. Care Coordinators work with clients, their families, and caregivers to communicate with medical providers and identify gaps or barriers in care. Home Health Care Coordinators focus on long term services and supports along with other social services such as supporting a successful transition from hospitals to other levels of care, and connecting clients to a broad range of benefits and community resources.
Our team of highly trained mental health professionals includes therapists/clinical social workers, counselors, case managers, and more. Our philosophy surrounding all of our services, especially children’s services, is that we involve all individuals who contribute to the care of our clients—that may include parents, family members, teachers, employers, or caregivers.
The Pasco Center collaborates with numerous community partners, including: Pasco and Prosser School Districts, Benton-Franklin Recovery Coalition, Consistent Care, Benton-Franklin Community Health Alliance, Benton and Franklin county law enforcement, courts, and emergency departments.
