Comprehensive Healthcare has two Adult Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) programs that primarily serve individuals from Kittitas, Klickitat, Benton/Franklin, and Yakima Counties. One E&T facility (also known as the Bridges program) is located in Yakima, and our second is located in Selah. Each adult E&T program has the capacity to serve up to 16 residents. Individuals served typically exhibit acute psychiatric symptoms upon admission and require the highest level of care provided by Comprehensive Healthcare.

Both programs are staffed with multidisciplinary teams, including prescribers, master’s level therapists, peer support counselors, nurses, care coordinators, case managers, and mental health workers. Stays are generally short, between eight and 12 days. Residents receive discharge planning to support a safe and successful transition back to the community.

Our E&T facilities are secure, and individuals can be admitted 24 hours a day to respond to crises as quickly and effectively as possible. Click here to learn more about the admission process.
