COVID-19 Update: Appointments and Services

With the new isolation measures and safety precautions currently in place throughout Washington, you might be wondering: how does this impact my services at Comprehensive Healthcare? We have provided some answers to those questions below, but if you ever have questions about your care, you can always reach out to your clinician, or give us a call.

Can I still attend group sessions?

Yes, we are offering group sessions for mental health and substance use disorders via telehealth, and in-person. In-person group sessions are limited to four individuals at a time, all participants wear a face mask, and maintain six feet of distance between one another.

Can I still see my therapist or provider in person?

We offer limited in-person appointments, primarily driven by the type of treatment you are receiving. In-person appointments will still follow safety guidelines. As medical service providers, our services are considered essential. One of the many benefits of telehealth is that you are able to continue to receive services from your treatment providers.

What about lobbies?

We screen everyone who enters our facilities, staff and visitors alike, and are currently taking precautions to minimize the number of people in our building or lobby spaces at one time. All of our lobby spaces allow for distance between those next to you, and are thoroughly cleaned daily.

How can I see my therapist or counselor right now?

Ask us about our safe and secure telehealth options! You can attend a session from home, but if you don’t have internet, a computer or smartphone; we have telehealth rooms here in our facilities where you can have a safe, virtual meeting with your therapist or medication provider! These private rooms each have a computer where you can connect safely and have a reliable connection while you meet with your therapist or counselor and staff are on-site to help you with anything you need. Each room is thoroughly cleaned between each use, and all visitors to the building are screened. Also, be sure to ask us about services that can be provided over the phone!
