(April 8, 2022 – Pasco, WA) – On April 10, 2022, Comprehensive Healthcare will begin providing behavioral health crisis services to Benton and Franklin Counties. The new behavioral health crisis line for Benton and Franklin County is yet to be announced to avoid confusion with the current crisis phone number.

“Comprehensive Healthcare has been delivering services for 50 years, and in that time, we have been able to build a strong network of providers and community partnerships,” said Jodi Daly, Ph.D., President and CEO. “By expanding that dynamic, high-quality care in Benton and Franklin Counties, we are able to support individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis and connect them with vital resources to provide ongoing support.”

Lourdes Counseling Center has been providing crisis services to Benton and Franklin Counties for many years and has been working closely with Comprehensive Healthcare to make the transition to new crisis line services a smooth process.

“We are very grateful for the assistance of Lourdes Counseling Center and value their partnership,” said Daly.

Since 1972, Comprehensive Healthcare has been providing behavioral health services to the South-Central region of Washington state, including Pasco since 2012. Offering a broad range of support and care options for mental health and substance use disorder, their services range from secure inpatient and stabilization facilities to family and youth programs, therapies for opioid use disorder, and more.

Additional information and the new crisis line will be released closer to when the transition takes place. Until mid-April, the number will remain to be (800) 783-0544, and individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis are encouraged to call that number and receive support.
