Is it challenging to set aside work stress so that you can be more present for your family? Does it feel like the stress just keeps piling up? This pandemic year has presented a number of stressors and challenges to nearly every aspect of our daily lives—from business to family and other stressors we did not even anticipate. This Mental Health Month (May), Comprehensive Healthcare is offering a free Cumulative Stress, Self-Care, and Resilience training on May 25 at noon to 1:00 p.m. This brief training will review the impacts cumulative stress has on our minds, bodies, and relationships. The program will highlight the importance of self-care and connect participants with practical resources for coping with stress and building personal, family and community resiliency.
